DMS – Universities and Education

Universities and educational institutions generate paperwork in a number of different ways and from many different departments. Students with their research, coursework and exams generate large volumes of paperwork and records. On top of this the departments supporting the institutions core operations such as Finance, IT, HR and Administration once again generate more paperwork. The documents come in all shapes and sizes from HR records to finance invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims and more.

The services we provide at DMS Services are ideally suited to the ever changing needs of the education sector. Services including document and data capture, electronic document management and digital mailroom services have all proven highly successful with a number of our clients. Sometimes we work to solve a problem and help put a more efficient system in place and other times we work on a more regular monthly or weekly basis to take time consuming processes away from the customer.
